If you are not happy with the service you have received at our health facilities follow the following steps:
- Ask for the official in charge of the section and express your dissatisfaction with the service
- If you are still not happy, ask for the CEO of the hospital. You have a right to speak to the CEO
- If you are still not satisfied, please call the complaints line 0860011000
- Always make sure you take down the name of the official that assisted you, they have to wear nametags.
