Complaints Procedure

If you are not happy with the service you have received at our health facilities follow the following steps:

  1. Ask for the official in charge of the section and express your dissatisfaction with the service
  2. If you are still not happy, ask for the CEO of the hospital. You have a right to speak to the CEO
  3. If you are still not satisfied, please call the complaints line 0860011000
  4. Always make sure you take down the name of the official that assisted you, they have to wear nametags.
